Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance monthly with 1.5% net 30 terms. Hourly fees are billed in arrears on the first of each month. Billing will be completed monthly and due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed upon. Missed payments will incur interest of 1.5% monthly on the outstanding overdue balance after 30 days.
